Greetings to Turin! I completely understand your frustration—manuals are often too technical.
Regarding your question: usually, these apps keep the files “hidden” inside the app for safety until you decide to move them. You don’t need to hunt through system folders to find them.
Here is the easiest way to send the recording to your friend or save it to your phone:
1. Open the AiRec app and select the recording you want to send.
2. Click the “Share” button.
3. Select “Export Audio” (this converts it to a shareable MP3/WAV format).
Once you do this, a menu will pop up giving you two main choices:
Option A: Send directly to your friend
From this menu, you can directly tap on WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email to send the file immediately without saving it first.
Option B: Save to your phone’s “Files”
If you prefer to save the file on your device first, look for the “Save” option in that menu. Here is where to find the file afterwards:
If you have an iPhone:
Select “Save to Files”. Later, you can find the recording by opening the blue “Files” app on your home screen. It will usually be in the “On My iPhone” or “Downloads” folder.
If you have an Android phone:
Select “Copy to…” or “Save to…”. Later, open your phone’s “File Manager” (or “My Files”) app. You will typically find the recording in the “Downloads” or “Audio” folder.

I’m learning by myself how to use UMEVO-SL Smart Voice Recorder and the app AiRec.
The manual is not very useful because it seems written by IT engineers who know what to do and they believe that people alrady know.
I will send you more comments later, but tell me, please, where registrations importes from the device are stored on my mobile?
I want to send a registration to a friend and I believe it is a normal MP3 or WAV files, but where are they stored?
